Oceanside is a coastal community for the adventurous with wind surfing, surfing, hang gliding, sand dunes and bays for fishing. Three state parks surround the small community with hiking trails, picnic sites and long peaceful beaches for exploring. Oceanside is the home of Three Arch Rocks Wild Refuge where whales and sea lions, seals and birds live. With all this to offer, Oceanside is still uncrowded and quiet. The beaches are long, easy to walk and sunbathe on. The shore line offers tide pools, rocks and cave to explore.

We have four dream vacation spots in Oceanside. The Main House, Guest Quarters, Honeymoon Retreat and Pacific Vista are four elegant, fully equipped rental homes. Each home is located on a prime view lot just minutes from the beach and unique to the Oregon Coast with beautiful furnishings, fireplaces, TV’s and decks (some with porch swings) to enjoy the views. The Honeymoon Retreat has a wonderfully romantic ocean view with jacuzzi and home theater. The Main House is a large, comfortable 4 bedroom house with an outstanding 180 degree view. The Guest Quarters provides affordable accommodations for those looking for an outstanding view and closeness to the beach. Pacific Vista is family sized, with ocean views extending from Three Arch Rocks to Cape Lookout.
